There's still a day left before 4/20 but the fun in GTA Online has already started. This week it's good to make sure that the locals are always lifted especially with Street Dealers giving out 2X GTA$.

In San Andreas, there's also someone looking for something on the black market. It's your chance to offload those harder stuff and earn double rewards in Biker Sell Missions.
Meanwhile, those who aren't afraid to do some MC Clubhouse Work or complete Challenges and Contracts can also earn double rewards this week. If you're a GTA+ member, the benefits stack which means you can get 4X GTA$ and RP easily. Double rewards also being offered for Bar Resupply.
Finally, Biker Clubhouses and Businesses are available at 30% off. Their Upgrades and Modifications are offered at the same discount rate.

There's a lot of other bonuses available this week that everyone is sure to enjoy. Those able to finish at least a single Biker Business Sell Mission for example can get the White High Brass Tee for free. Completing any Short Trip meanwhile let you have the Black High Brass Tee. What else? Those who can sell more than GTA$100,000 worth of product in Biker Business Sales and complete the Weekly Challenge get rewarded with an additional GTA$100,000 and the 4/20 Cap.
Those who just want to chill need not worry since playing the game anytime this week can receive the Green 4/20 Dress.
