‘Assassin’s Creed: Identity’ Announced For iOS

Ubisoft revisits mobile gaming with the announcement of Assassin’s Creed: Identity . Gamers can re-experience the Italian Renaissance on their iOS devices for $5.99.

Players will be able to create their own assassin in Ubisoft’s RPG mobile game, according to the UbiBlog . There are four classes to choose from; Berserker, Shadow Blade, Trickster or Thief. Like most character creation systems, each class has its own perks. For example, the Thief is better at sneaking around and laying out traps as opposed to the Berserker who’s a beast at combat, according to IGN .

You’ll need an iPhone 5 or higher with iOS 7 or and iPad 3 or later to play the game. Ubisoft has yet to announce a release date for Android devices. Ubisoft confirmed more information about Assassin’s Creed: Identity will come out on Feb. 3 and will launch in the App Store on Feb. 25.
