EDIT: We now have an official press release from Bethesda confirming a worldwide release date of Nov. 11 for Dishonored 2. More details are said to be coming in a Game Informer cover story releasing on May 7.
Dishonored 2 has just been confirmed for a Nov. 11 release. This news comes from the German version of the Bethesda website.
The post also mentions a Dishonored 2 gameplay premiere will take place at Bethesda’s E3 Showcase on June 12. If you cannot make it to the Showcase in person, Bethesda will stream the event live on Twitch and YouTube.
Bethesda used the E3 Showcase last year to officially announce Dishonored 2, as well as release a trailer. The trailer can be watched above, and is very cool to see.
As for what we know regarding Dishonored 2, players will be taking the roles of both Corvo from the original Dishonored, as well as his protege Emily, the little girl from the first game. Set after the events of Dishonored, Dishonored 2 sees Corvo training Emily to become the next top assassin.
