Iris declared she has the hots for Oliver in The Flash episode of the "Invasion!" crosover event. “So, Oliver Queen is the Green Arrow?” Iris asks Barry. “Oh my God. He just got so much hotter,” Iris says before Barry can even finish answering her question. Iris’ attraction to Ollie clearly made Barry a bit uncomfortable, as he tilted his head back and looked up to the sky whispering, “Oh my god,” under his breath. If Iris could only see Ollie slay the salmon ladder….Take a look at the scene below at the 1:15 mark.
Can you really blame Iris? Sure Barry is cute, but damn, Stephen Amell in that leather suit is just on another level than Barry’s lanky self. This dialogue is so good that TV Line added it to their best television quotes of 2016 roundup, but the best part about Iris’ reaction is that it wasn’t even planned. Candice Patton, who plays Iris West, told fans on Twitter that it wasn’t in the script.
