The Flash , Arrow and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow are already perfectly intertwined and now The CW has the task of inserting Supergirl into the Arrowverse. Kara Danvers has already met The Flash, but when will she meet Arrow? Stephen Amell didn’t answer that specifically when speaking to ComicBook.com at Wizard World in Philadelphia, but he did elaborate on the logisitics of the highly anticipated December crossover event CW Chief Mark Pedowitz teased last month.

The Arrow star is confident the mid-season crossover will span all four nights of the week. “I think what we'll end up seeing is one giant four-night crossover. No seriously (to much applause). How we're going to end up doing that...I don't know. But um, this is really um, this is kind of an unprecedented moment in terms of the history of network television. To have four shows, same showrunner. Um, obviously Supergirl is in a little bit of a different universe, but we can fix that. That's one line of dialogue and it's all fixed. So I would suspect Oliver will be meeting Supergirl at some point."

Crossovers have been a tradition ever since Arrow Season 2, when Oliver Queen met Barry Allen for the first time. Arrow and The Flash joined forces again more recently for a two-part crossover event, which set up for the spinoff DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. While The Flash and Arrow’s storylines acknowledge each other’s existence, for the most part, Oliver stays in Star City and Barry in Central City. Legends , on the other hand, was built by characters originating from Arrow and Flash , so there are constantly nods to its parent shows. Even though Supergirl spent its freshman season on CBS, that didn’t stop The Flash from somehow spontaneously dropping by National City to say Hi in “World’s Finest.” However, it’s still unclear at this point how Kara Danvers will carve her spot in the Arrowverse considering even after the huge cross-network party, Barry Allen never mentioned her on The Flash . It’s likely we’ll find out where exactly National City lives in the multiverse very early on in Supergirl Season 2.

It’s quite interesting Amell specifically said “one line of dialogue and it’s all fixed.” How exactly will Supergirl end up on Earth-1 to meet Arrow when she’s never traveled through the multiverse remains a mystery. However, Amell is looking forward to how the rest of Team Arrow will react to Kara Danvers’ presence. "All I want to see is Supergirl fly and David Ramsey's reaction to it. That's really all we want to see. And I'm still mad I haven't shared a scene with Victor Garber yet, so as long as that ends up happening I'll be good,” Amell added.

The inexplicable side effects of the Flashpoint arc set into motion in The Flash Season 2 finale throw a wrench into predictions for the next seasons of all the DC TV shows. Amell previously teased more crossovers than ever before next year, which suggests multiple characters could meet early on to address the consequences of The Flash’s timeline-altering actions.
