Los Siete Reinos, a Spanish-language Game of Thrones fan site, has gleaned potential Season 7 plot spoilers from filming location set leaks in Spain ( Watchers on the Wall provides some additional context).
While Game of Thrones Season 7 filming has taken place all over Spain (ABCdeSaville names medieval harbors, Roman ruins and an 8th century castle), it’s a major location shoot in Malpartida that has the most potential to spill the spoiler beans on upcoming episodes.
Set leaks describe an ambush on a convoy of wagons traveling from a castle. 500 extras are on location (the same number as was used for the Battle of the Bastards, Watchers on the Wall says), many playing Dothraki and Unsullied. Yep, Tyrion and Daenerys have landed in Westeros and are ready to war.
While it’s little more than a rumor, Los Siete Reinos’ set leaks have suggested that Tyrion will not be the only Lannister at the party. Could this mean Queen Cersei is sending her brother South to challenge the invading army? A showdown between Tyrion and Jaime Lannister looks to be happening in Season 7.
