GTA Online looks like it will be getting new missions and a new contact at some point in the future. This information comes from known GTA leaker funmw2.
As posted on gtaforums.com, funmw2 mentions finding reference to six new VIP missions and two new VIP challenges. The new missions point to the in-game cell phone number 611-555-0156. The missions are going to be coming from a new person, as the number doesn’t lead to anybody in the game right now.
Unfortunately, the leaked code snippets don’t give away many clues about the new missions. One could possibly revolve around flying, since it’s working name is “AIR.” There could also be a series of missions about a drug deal, seeing as how the titles of two consecutive missions are “BUY” and “SELL.”
As for when we will be able to play these missions, that’s up to Rockstar. The company has been making several smaller updates as of late, so new missions could slip in before the next big DLC update.
As for the next update, there’s been no major leaks as of yet. Usually leakers will find new weapons and cars, with a theme name popping up around the same time. We just got the most recent update last week, so a new one is still a few days to weeks away from getting a leak.
