Do you feel a shift in the magical forces of Runeterra? Something powerful is coming to League Of Legends this week, and her name is Elementalist Lux. The first teaser for the cackling light-slinger’s newest skin popped up this weekend, showing a couple of elements and the side of her head. A new video on the League facebook page shows 10 different elemental Luxs shooting their ultimates, which could mean a few things.
Elementalist Lux might be our first multi-faceted skin, meaning that it could be a few different skins at once. The trailer shows Lux wearing 10 different costumes, shooting 10 different bolts of light. Could that mean that you can pick 10 different costumes to wear, or could the skin change periodically throughout a game? Maybe you’ll see water Elementalist Lux after you pick up a Water Drake, or Darkness Lux when Nocturne’s ultimate is activated?
Turns out, you can switch forms like DJ Sona. A video on the Spanish League Of Legends shows that there is a dial you can open, that changes the element Lux is using.
We have known this skin has been coming since October because of a reddit leak in September. Reddit user ItWasOwen posted the Star Guardian skins and Candy King Ivern before they were officially announced. It seems like Rioters aren’t too fond of these leaks; here’s a comment from Sargonas on reddit:
This skin will be coming to the PBE tomorrow, so expect to get your minds blown pretty soon.
