A new international trailer for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is largely the same as the Rogue One trailer that premiered in the U.S. last Thursday during the Olympics broadcast, but with one key difference: a big ol’ spoiler-oonie.
This new Rogue One trailer reveals Jyn Erso’s dad is the source of the Rebellion’s initial intelligence regarding the Death Star. It’s Galen Erso who clues Mon Mothma into the upcoming weapons test.

While we already knew that Jyn Erso’s father, played by Mads Mikkelsen, was a scientist likely involved with the Death Star technology, this is our first indication of exactly how Galen Erso will be squeezed into the plot.
But is he more than just the plot instigator? Will Galen and Jyn have to pick sides somewhere in the movie’s midpoint? There are always more spoilers.
We’ll find out when Rogue One: A Star Wars Story comes out in theaters on Dec. 16.
