After releasing the latest Pokémon Sun and Moon trailer, Nintendo has updated its E3 2016 plans to include what will now be a two-day Nintendo Treehouse live event.
The company will now be showing off gameplay footage of Sun and Moon during Day 1 of its Treehouse event on June 14 starting at noon EDT. Nintendo already announced that Zelda Wii U will be shown off and playable at the show, but accompanying the highly anticipated Wii U title will be the most anticipated 3DS game this year.
But that’s not all, on Day 2 (June 15) Nintendo Treehouse: Live at E3 will showcase more upcoming Wii U and 3DS titles including Monster Hunter Generations, Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past and Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE.
A special Pokémon Go developer Q&A will start things off at 1 p.m. EDT.
You can watch both days of Nintendo’s E3 presentation on its Twitch channel or YouTube channel.
Nintendo has kept its E3 plans pretty tight to the chest up to this point. Outside of announcing that the Nintendo NX will not be shown at E3 and only Zelda Wii U will be playable at the show, fans were left a bit puzzled about Nintendo’s plans.
But now that the list of games being shown off have been announced, perhaps fans will be more optimistic about Nintendo’s E3 showing.
