Primal Carnage: Extinction is an asymmetrical multiplayer game that features humans and dinosaurs fighting each other for supremacy. Players can choose between different game modes, such as team deathmatch, survival co-op, and free roam, among others.
Recently, developers launched Patch 2.8.1 which brought some changes to dinosaurs. For example, the spitter’s base movement speed has been slightly lowered to +80%. This affects both the Cryolophosaurus and Dilophosaurus. Also, the issue where you cannot play as the Tyrant for the first minute of team deathmatch, even though the class limit requirements are met, has finally been fixed.
Patch 2.8.1 for Primal Carnage: Extinction implemented other improvements as well. Developers increased the size of audio memory streaming pools to prevent stutter. Furthermore, the roughness and reflectivity of dinosaur skin have been refined to look more realistic.
