The North American version of Puyo Puyo Tetris finally has a release date, Sega confirmed on Wednesday, and the upcoming puzzle game is the latest title to join an increasingly crowded launch quarter for the Nintendo Switch. And it turns out PlayStation 4 owners will only be able to purchase physical copies of Puyo Puyo Tetris when it heads west on April 25.
A total of three Puyo Puyo Tetris SKUs will be released this April, two on the Nintendo Switch and one for PlayStation 4. Switch owners will have the choice to buy the game digitally ($29.99) or physically ($39.99) when the game hits North American stores. PlayStation 4 owners will only be able to purchase physical copies of the game. But the PS4 version of Puyo Puyo Tetris will at least be a bit cheaper ($29.99) than it’s Switch counterpart.
