PlayStation owners around the world have been waiting months for their opportunity to play Rise of the Tomb Raider , the sequel to Crystal Dynamics’ 2013 reboot of the iconic franchise, and we may finally know when the critically-acclaimed action adventure will make the jump to PS4.

According to a new listing on GameStop.it (since pulled), Rise of the Tomb Raider is making the jump to PlayStation 4 on Oct. 11, giving millions of gamers a chance to experience one of the best games released in 2015. The listing was spotted over the weekend by EveryEye , an Italian gaming news site that also secured a photo of GameStop’s internal release schedule seemingly confirming the early October debut. Unfortunately, Square Enix has yet to confirm the purported launch date or comment on the leak in any official capacity. That said, it’s been a good year for GameStop leaks , so it’s not like we don’t have reason to accept the validity of the leak.

It’s worth pointing out that an early October launch would arrive less than a year after Rise of the Tomb Raider hit PC and Xbox One. While 12-month exclusivity deals are becoming increasingly common again, Square Enix has never been offered anything more specific than a Holiday 2016 timeline for the debut of Rise of the Tomb Raider . So it’s possible we could see RotTR hit PSN in early October. But don’t be shocked if it turns out we’re waiting until November or December.

We’ve reached out to Square Enix, hoping to get an official comment on (and/or confirmation of) RotTR ’s rumored release date. We’ll update this post if/when we hear back from the publisher.

Rise Of The Tomb Raider is in development for PlayStation 4. The game is currently available for PC and Xbox One. It’s believed Rise of the Tomb Raider will hit PS4 on October 11.
