In a press release, Bioware has announced a new story chapter for their MMO Star Wars: The Old Republic titled "The Gemini Deception," which continues the Knights of the Fallen Empire storyline. “The Gemini Deception” will be available for Early Access on June 28 and to all Star Wars: The Old Republic players starting June 30.
In “The Gemini Deception,” players must lead their Alliance in a big assault. Their mission? To mortally injure the Eternal Empire. The Outlander’s team must work alongside the deadly, mysterious Droid SCORPIO to infiltrate a Zakuulan warship and face off against Arcann’s intimidating force of elite soldiers. When the mission goes sideways, the Outlander must find a way out of what’s become a deadly trap. Unfortunately, they’re faced with “the ultimate betrayal.”
Players of Star Wars:The Old Republic can play through the Knights of the Fallen Empire storyline from Chapter 1 all the way to “The Gemini Deception” for free as a Subscriber. Previous chapters include Profit and Plunder and Mandalore’s Revenge . Additionally, those subscribed by July 1 will receive an in-game HK-55 Victory Stronghold Decoration, inspired by the legendary Assassin Droid, as part of the Subscriber Rewards Program.
