‘Star Wars: Episode 7 The Force Awakens’ New Teaser Trailer Coming Soon

Beyond the May 1 premiere date, little can be confirmed about the new teaser trailer for “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” though its relative proximity to the new “Star Wars” movie’s Dec. 18 release date would suggest that we may begin to see plot details. In other words, expect the new “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” teaser trailer to be significantly meatier than the previous “Star Wars: Episode 7 The Force Awakens” teaser trailer that premiered in Dec. of 2014.

Because it’s “Star Wars” and there’s just no way to get sick of it, let’s go ahead and watch the teaser trailer one more time (you know you wanna):

This is going to be an exciting year for science fiction movies.

In addition to the premiere date for the new “Star Wars” teaser trailer, the Latino-Review source suggested that the new “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” teaser trailer would move the focus from the new character to returning characters like Luke Skywalker, Leia Organa, Han Solo, Chewbacca, and the droids C-3PO and R2D2. How will these old people fit in with new heat Kylo Ren, Rey (Daisy Ridley), Finn (John Boyega), and Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaacs)? We probably won’t know for sure until “Star Wars: Episode 7 The Force Awakens” premieres in theaters on Dec. 18.

“Star Wars: Episode 7 The Force Awakens” is now less than a year away. Other than unauthorized leaks, we’ve seen very little from the production, but this will soon be changing. The premiere of a new “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” teaser trailer in front of “The Avengers: Age of Ultron” will be just the beginning for what is sure to be one the largest marketing efforts in movie history.
