Suicide Squad is less than a month away from theaters and we still know nothing about Scott Eastwood’s role. While many fans want to believe he’ll be portraying Deathstroke, nothing’s been confirmed. Take the following rumor with a grain of salt, but if it proves true, Eastwood may not have the big role fans were hoping for.

German film site, Cinemaxx , has listed Eastwood as a character who is completely new to DC Comics: Lt. “GQ” Edwards. This name means little to comic book fans, but it could just be a cover to keep suspense running high for a big name drop. Slade Wilson would be the most exciting, but I’d definitely be happy with Dick Grayson, the first ever Robin. Officer Steve Trevor, Wonder Woman’s love interest, would also be a nice nod to the upcoming solo Wonder Woman film expected in 2017.

Lt. GQ is reportedly just your average soldier under the command of Joel Kinnaman's Rick Flag. The site also lists Ike Barinholtz Captain Griggs, who fans are speculating may have a connection to Major Keith Griggs of the Wonder Woman comics.

Look out for more hints about Eastwood’s role during San Diego Comic Con late July. Suicide Squad arrives in theaters Aug. 5.
