Is Paul Dano hallucinating or is Daniel Radcliffe’s dead body actually good at fighting bears, chopping wood and providing fart propellant? You’ll have to watch Swiss Army Man on June 17 to find out. For now all we have is this very strange trailer for one of the more bizarre movies to play at Sundance ( The Greasy Strangler was another gross-out notable).

In addition to a dead Daniel Radcliffe, Swiss Army Man stars Paul Dano as a man stranded on an island and at the end of his rope. His suicide attempt is thwarted by the arrival of Daniel Radcliffe’s corpse.
Though the trailer keeps the focus tight on the many swiss army uses for Daniel Radcliffe’s gassy corpse, Swiss Army Man also stars Mary Elizabeth Winstead.
Will Swiss Army Man be weird for weird’s sake? Or will this bizarre journey with a dead body force us to dwell on our own mortality and utility in the world? We’ll find out this summer.
