Telltale Games’ The Walking Dead: Michonne six-minute gameplay preview serves as a reminder of just how far the character has come in the comic books. When we first met Michonne in Robert Kirkman’s graphic novels, she’s aggressive but distant when she interacts with people. Michonne doesn’t open up to people until she starts to see herself in Rick. Her connection to Rick is what helps her come back to reality.

Michonne traveled alone before she joined Rick at the prison. She struggled with PTSD as you can see in The Walking Dead: Michonne gameplay trailer. She would talk to her dead loved ones and was haunted by her daughters. We won’t spoil what happened to Michonne’s family, but part of the reason why she suffers from PTSD is the guilt she has from her life before the zombie apocalypse.
