Sometimes it takes quite a while for the internet to uncover something. Back in April, Cord King, an artist, actor and performance model posted a picture to his Instagram of a character from a new video game series he was doing motion capture work on. Watch Dogs 2 will have a new protagonist and he doesn’t look much different from the last one. The picture doesn’t show much of the character. His face is obscured by a white bandana, exactly like the lead in the original Watch Dogs.
King’s Instagram is now private, so you can’t actually go see the pictures at the source. @NerdLeaks has the picture cached so we can all revel at a guy in a suede jacket.
The original Watch Dogs was announced in 2012, but kept getting its release date pushed back, finally coming out in 2014. Overall, the game had good reviews, earning a MetaCritic score of 80, though the only review that really mattered was from VideogameDunkey .
Hopefully, Watch Dogs 2 actually comes out while people still remember the last game. Ubisoft is expected to announce the game at this year’s E3 .
