So many unknowns. The only thing guaranteed is death. Someone has to die in the finale. There’s no way the show can get away with having everyone survive the encounter with Negan. The guy is way too angry at Rick for disobeying him, but too smart to kill him. If Negan kills Rick, Alexandria will no longer be in his control. He knows he’ll have a bunch of angry people that are of no use to him. Negan’s control lies in Rick feeling responsible for the people of Alexandria.
