For now, Gypsy is back on Earth-19, where she’ll return to her job as a bounty hunter, telling her colleagues she killed H.R. Wells and keeping her losing battle against Vibe a secret. But she had quite an exit. She seemed to share a sort of vibrational kiss with Cisco and implied she’d break intergalactic travel rules just for him in the near future. Now that she’s no longer an enemy of Team Flash, we’ll likely see her as an ally moving forward, and possibly even Cisco’s girlfriend.
“I feel like there are endless possibilities for their storylines and endless possibilities for where they might go after having learned about the crazy, insane, vast world of DC Comics,” Jessica Camacho, who plays Gypsy, told ComicBook.com.

Executive Producer Aaron Helbing previously revealed Cisco won’t be able to stop thinking about Gypsy, but it appears she may feel the same way about him, according to Camacho.
“I was able to gauge when she met Cisco what she found interesting about him, what she found endearing, what made her cock her head to the side and take another look at him. With Cisco, there’s so much there to be interested in and so much there to be intrigued by that it was really easy to play with all of that.”

If Jesse Quick is returning, that means the real Harrison Wells could too. It would be really awesome to see Tom Cavanaugh play two completely different characters in the same episode, and for Gypsy to meet a lady speedster.
