Here's What to Look Forward to in the PUBG Global Series 4

A new tournament is just around the corner. Krafton

It hasn't been long since the PUBG Global Series 3 concluded but we're already getting news of what's going to happen in Series 4. For starters it's going to run from June 3 and all the way to June 9. The tournament has the top 24 teams travel to Shanghai and compete to get a large share of the $300,000 prize pool and PGS points.

Before we take a look into what's going to happen with PUBG Global Series 4, it was Cerberus Esports who took home the crown in PGS 3. They became the first team from the APAC region to win a Global PUBG Esports Tournament.

Tournament Format

PGS 4kicks off with the Group Stage with teams divided into three groups and compete over a period of three days. The schedule is:

  • June 3: A & B
  • June 4: B & C
  • June 5: C & A

Six matchers are going to be featured each day. The top 16 teams move to the Final Stage with the bottom eight team eliminated.

There's going to be one day of rest for the team after which the Final Stage begins. It's going to span over three days from June 7 to June 9, with six matches each day. The team ranked first at the end is crowned the champion.
