The official Pokémon Center has dubbed 2025 as the "Year of Eevee" while also revealing a variety of new goodies and merchandise available for fans to purchase.
The new page on the website puts all of the available Eevee-themed merch in one place and teases a lot more to come that fans of the franchise should look forward to.
The first goodies that are part of the celebrations this year is a range of "Evolving Personalities" figures.
Year of Eevee Celebrations
Each of these is modeled after one of Eevee's evolutions in the games, but so far, the only ones that have been seen were the "Splashes with Vaporeon," "Skillful Strategy with Jolteon," and "Satisfied Snooze with Flareon."
These three models are set to be the first of this particular line of merchandise to be released to the public.
This means that people who want to get items based on the other Eeveelutions should wait until the other models are released on the Pokémon Center website, according to Nintendo Life.
Additionally, the page teased the arrival of the new "Cosy Plush," which will showcase Eevee and Pikachu being immortalized in cuddly fleece material. The Pokémon Center has not yet revealed an official release date for these particular products.
The official blurb did note that the Year of Eevee will be all about merchandise and teased that "a year of Eevee products" will cover everything from "plush to apparel, Pokémon TCG to figures." This means that fans of the adorable little Eevee should keep an eye out for new releases.

The company also said that the celebrations include adventure partner keychains that let fans bring Eevee or their favorite Eeveelutions with them wherever they go.
Furthermore, there are all-new pearlescent Pop! figures made by Funko, Pokémon Kitchen designs that feature Eevee, and more, CBR said.
The Pokémon Center dubbing 2025 as the Year of Eevee gave fans hope that the video game franchise will finally add a new evolution to the adorable little "Pokémon." Some argue that this is a way to hype up the franchise for a future reveal of a new evolution.
Some fans also hope that the celebrations could extend to the upcoming game in the franchise, "Pokémon Legends: Z-A." There has been very little information about this, and what fans know right now is that it is set in Lumiose City.
Additionally, it is set in the "Pokémon Legends" series, joining "Pokémon Legends: Arceus," which took a different approach than the mainline games. Many people believe that a new Eeveelution could be introduced in the upcoming title, according to IGN.
