The long-awaited PS4 Neo is finally here and it's called the PS4 Pro. PlayStation Architect Mark Cerny was on stage at the PlayStation Meeting 2016 on Wednesday to share the details regarding Sony's latest console.
As past PS4 Neo rumors have already speculated, the PS4 Pro is all about 4K HDR gaming and video. In fact, Sony announced a new firmware update that will make every PS4 HDR compatible. Still, thanks to an overclocked CPU and an upgraded AMD Polaris GPU, the Pro will not only boast stunning graphics, but better frame rates as well.
Sony also partnered with Netflix on a new PlayStation app that delivers 4K content for streaming. According to the announcement, more than 600 shows and movies on Netflix will be streamable in 4K before the end of the year.
The PS4 Pro launches Nov. 10 and is priced at $399.99 USD.
