'Call of Duty: Black Ops 6' Players Complain About 'Unusable' Weapon Blueprints

Players are complaining to Treyarch and Activision for so-called "unusable" weapon blueprints in "Call of Duty: Black Ops 6."

Many people have been advising their fellow gamers now to purchase the game's IDEAD bundle because the cosmetics' visual effects make it nearly impossible to aim.

Additionally, they criticized the publisher because they would not refund the bundle because they were working as intended.

Unusable Weapon Blueprints

The new items, such as the IDEAD bundle, offer special versions of base weapons in "Call of Duty: Black Ops 6." These feature their own unique model and effects that make them stand out from other pieces of equipment.

Some players argued that other weapons have special effects that can be quite intense on players' screens. One fan even showed that others can put you at a disadvantage in competitive play.

After releasing several months ago, "Call of Duty: Black Ops 6" has enjoyed both fame and notoriety as more and more players are starting to criticize the game.

People have praised the core gameplay but expressed dissatisfaction with the live-service model and ranked mode, according to Game Rant.

Treyarch has tried to solve the issue regarding cheaters by updating the game's anti-cheat system. However, many players have found that hacking and cheating remain persistent problems in "Call of Duty: Black Ops 6."

These issues, on top of the fact that the game lost original voice actors in its Zombies mode, have resulted in somewhat negative reviews from players. The trend has continued in a new post when a player warned against spending money on microtransactions.

Not Working as Intended

Other people commented, saying, "Wtf are these bundles they obviously don't even think about testing them."

Another user suggested that there should be a way to see what the cosmetics will look like when they are being used before purchasing them in-game, Dexerto said.

There was a similar situation before where fans claimed that the developers intentionally made some cosmetics to block players' sights. This was when Treyarch put out the Mecha-Drake Mastercraft blueprint for the Saug.

The situation also comes as "Call of Duty: Black Ops 6" recently released the Squid Game collaboration battle pass. However, a community note warned that some items in the Squid Game 2: The VIPs Tracer Pack are not working as intended.

One example is the Brightmare Mastercraft bundle, which currently costs 2,800 CP and features a finishing move where a unicorn spawns to fart on enemies to eliminate them.

However, it seems like the animation is bugged, and it just throws the enemy, according to Sportskeeda.
