Fallout 4 mods have been huge for the Xbox One, allowng gamers to install addidional add-ons for free. Bethesda has confirmed mods are coming to PS4 owners, but it seems there are still some technical difficulties preventing this from actually happening.

As mentioned in the above tweet, Bethesda is working with Sony to get mod support working on PS4. Unfortunately, the process is still under evaluation, so Bethesda can't make any major announcements. Basically, don't hold your breath.
Mod support for PS4 was originally supposed to launch in beta in late June. Bethesda delayed the beta, reporting issues with development. Fallout 4 mods for Xbox One launched in late May.
