Riot done goofed. H2K and Fnatic, two teams who have been trash talking each other on Twitter non-stop were supposed to go head to head in the EU Summer Playoffs today. Instead of watching two of Europe’s best players bump heads on Summoner’s Rift, viewers got to see the longest delay in competitive League of Legends history. On stage, there was an audio problem that just could not be fixed. After over two hours of casters rambling on about each team, Sjokz announced that the series will be postponed until Tuesday 5 P.M. CEST.
Needless to say, people on the internet are pretty angry about this. Here are just a few tweets:
The high point of the stream was Montecristo tweeting out some League of Legends team cosplays.
Hopefully, the NA LCS won’t have the same trouble and we will actually get to see Team Liquid and Counter Logic Gaming square off.
