The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild isn’t releasing until 2017 but Nintendo is giving fans a taste of what’s to come with some short gameplay footage showcasing aspects of Link’s arsenal.

The first was Link’s bow and arrows and now the official Nintendo of America Twitter account has released new gameplay footage showing off the paraglider.

As you can see from the video, the paraglider in Breath of the Wild will allow Link to glide over different terrain, drop bombs on enemies and even use your bow and arrow in mid-air before grabbing your paraglider again.

To cap it all off, you can drop from a high enough altitude and slam your sword in the ground to strike enemies nearby.

In Breath of the Wild , the environment plays a huge role in how you play. Like the bows and arrows are affected by wind and other factors, your paraglider will obviously go as far as the weather allows so keep that in mind.

Check out our video from E3 as the environment and physics of the game are explained and let us know how hyped you are for this game in the comments section below.
