Three new raids that will surely test the players’ mettle have been introduced in the Mystics and Mayhem Update for Lost Ark.
The Mystic Abyss raid is the first on offer and this is where Item Level 1,302 players or higher will fight the Guardian Mystic. They are rewarded with some Mystic Event Tokens upon completion - a new form of currency exchangeable for a variety of rewards and items through Exchange NPCs found in each city. This limited-time event is now underway and will run until November 16.
Vykas is back, only this time, she’s much harder to defeat. The Inferno Difficulty for the Vykas Legion Raid is now open for courageous players. The Scale of Balance is in effect, meaning that the player’s group will have their gear adjusted against the level of the Legion Commander. It goes without saying that this Legion Raid is not for the faint of heart and requires players to have an Item Level of 1,460 to enter.
The Achates Trial Raid is the last one of the bunch. Competitive players must know that a special title is awarded to those who can clear this raid first before anyone else. In addition, players receive the Legendary Title after vanquishing Achates successfully. This raid will be open this Saturday, October 29 at 3 p.m. EST.
The Mystics and Mayhem Update for Lost Ark also brought bug fixes and here are some of them:
- Fixed an issue causing the identity tooltip setting to not function while using certain classes.
- Fixed an issue causing the Berserker's Aura Blade ability to not increase the Fury Meter when the Sword Wound and Exterminate tripods are active.
- Fixed an issue causing targeted skills to target the players location when the auto target setting is enabled with a controller.
- Fixed an issue causing the quest item used in the "A Nose for News" quest to target nearby enemies instead of the ground when using a controller.
- Fixed an issue causing Elgacia and Rowen to be shown in the Mokoko Seed collectibles map.
- Fixed an issue preventing players from changing the Global Chat notification text with a controller.
- Fixed an issue where sever effects granted by the Strange Movement Tripod for the Destroyer's Earth Smasher skill were not applied as described.
- Fixed an issue causing keyboard and mouse icons to be shown while viewing various vendor menus while using a controller.
- Fixed an issue causing the Gunlancer's Shield Charge ability to aim in a random direction in some cases when a controller is used.
- Fixed an issue causing various settings to be reset to default when the game was closed without using the "Quit" option.
So, are you going to take on any of these new raids?
