Path of Exile is a free-to-play action RPG that was first released on PC in 2013. A version for the Xbox One was launched in 2017 while the PlayStation 4 version was released in 2019.
In this game, players get to choose from seven different classes and perform various activities like exploring different areas, fighting monsters, and completing quests from NPCs. The game is similar to the Diablo franchise, more so to Diablo 2. Path of Exile released its first expansion in 2014 and since then, lots of updates came out. Learn more about it here.
The sequel, Path of Exile 2, was revealed back in 2019. It was said to introduce a new seven-act storyline campaign along with a major overhaul to both gameplay and game engine. The beta version was initially supposed to launch in late 2020 but has since been delayed.
