‘Pokémon Ultra Sun And Moon’ are coming to 3DS Nov. 17, but not Nintendo Switch. Between lost profits and general common sense, here's why we think these games should be on Nintendo's latest hardware.

The latest update for Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon leaked in the pages of CoroCoro and the origins of the mysterious new Solgaleo and Lunala forms are finally explained … somewhat.

According to CoroCoro -- via Serebii -- the forms shown on the boxes of Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon and in the pages of CoroCoro are indeed fusions of Solgaleo/Lunala and Necrozma. Necrozma can apparently absorb the other two Legendary Pokémon.

The Solgaleo fusion is called "Necrozma Mane of Twilight." Lunala's is "Necrozma Wings of Dawn." They have the signature moves of Solagelo and Lunala: Sunsteel Strike and Moongeist Beam.

Take a look at the scan from CoroCoro below.

The leaked CoroCoro is still being translated and compiled so there may be more information on the confirmed fusions or Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon in general, so keep checking back.

Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon takes place in the Alola Region but changes some of the events of Sun and Moon. There’s still a lot we don’t know about these games, but there will be new exclusive Z-Moves like what we saw with Komoo-o and new forms.

The new Necrozma fusions are definitely a part of these new forms but there’s a distinct possibility there will be new Alola Forms coming to Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon.

Necrozma will also play a big role in Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon after being relatively forgotten in the first Gen 7 games.

A new Nintendo Direct focused on upcoming Switch and 3DS titles will stream on Sept. 13 and may have new information on Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, so there is something else for Pokémon fans to look forward to besides the CoroCoro translation.

Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon will release for Nintendo 3DS Nov. 17

So what do you think of the new information regarding Necrozma and the fusions? What do you hope to see during the upcoming Nintendo Direct? Let us know in the comments section below.
