Titty Long Balls is a new character designed by Rick and Morty co-creator Justin Roiland, with a top hat and anatomical characteristics suitable to his moniker (the NSFW Roiland sketch is embedded lower in the article). With Rick in galactic federal prison, the show will need a new lead to go on adventures with Morty. Titty Long Balls was designed to fill this void.

We don’t know much about Titty Long Balls as a character just yet, though he does seem to be the same species as Mr. Poopybutthole. While obviously a writers’ room inside joke spilling over into Rick and Morty social media, is Titty Long Balls really any less likely a Rick and Morty character than Mr. Poopybutthole?

Yes, he probably is. While Rick and Morty has pushed a lot of boundaries over its 21 episodes, we know from the Jerry Worm’s anus censorship that Adult Swim standards & practices does have its limitations.
