A new trailer for Sniper Elite 4 debuted this morning, our second look at the third-person shooter in as many weeks, and this week’s preview focuses on the Target: Führer mission offered to anyone who orders a copy of Sniper Elite 4 ahead of the game’s February 2017 debut.
For those who may have forgotten, Target: Führer isn’t part of the core Sniper Elite 4 campaign. Instead, the bonus mission, which is balanced for one or two players, gives pre-order customers a little something extra to explore after the credits roll. Sadly, the new Sniper Elite 4 trailer doesn’t include any significant gameplay footage, instead serving up a handful of aerial shots intended to give fans their first look at the U-boat facility we’ll be exploring in the SE4 bonus mission. We also get an early look at Rebellion’s latest recreation of Adolf Hitler, along with a few Nazi guards, who will presumably be inspecting the unidentified facility when Lt. Karl Fairburne pays a visit.
The studio also released more than half a dozen new Sniper Elite 4 screenshots, also from the Target: Führer mission, for anyone whose appetite for preview content wasn’t satiated by the game’s latest trailer. For an early look at Target: Führer, take a minute to watch the new Sniper Elite 4 trailer and/or check out the image gallery at the top of this post. Then head down to the comments section and let us know if you’re planning to buy Sniper Elite 4 when the game hits PC and consoles early next year.
Sniper Elite 4 is in development for PS4, Xbox One and PC. The game debuts Feb. 14, 2017.
