South Park: The Fractured But Whole, the sequel to 2014’s South Park: The Stick of Truth, has always been slated for a 2016 release date. The South Park RPG release date is still listed as 2016 on the official site, but Ubisoft gave itself a little wiggle room Thursday. It announced South Park: The Fractured But Whole release date would land in fiscal year 2017.
Now The Fractured But Whole can debut as late as March 2017, assuming no further delays.

South Park: The Fractured But Whole Review: Marvel Polish, DC Inspiration
South Park: The Fractured But Whole is a polished and improved sequel to The Stick of Truth, but we're still ambivalent about the Marvel Cinematic Universe parody angle.
- tactical combat
- great environmental puzzles
- seamless adaptation of South Park
- engaging boss encounters
- Coon and Friends parody was already stale
- sometimes more referential than funny on its own
- several game mechanics feel extraneous
