The first teaser trailer for Trainspotting 2 has arrived and although it doesn’t have any footage from the upcoming sequel, it will remind you of why Danny Boyle is doing a sequel in the first place.
Relabeled T2 , the upcoming Trainspotting sequel brings back the whole team. Not only will the main cast — Ewan McGregor, Ewen Bremner, Jonny Lee Miller, Robert Carlyle and Trainspotting author Irvine Welsh — return, original director Danny Boyle and screenwriter John Hodge are also back.

Reportedly based on Irvine Welsh’s Trainspotting sequel, Porno , Trainspotting 2 will probably feature a lot more pornography and cocaine than heroin, moving the characters beyond the junkie milieu of the first movie.
Trainspotting 2 will be out in 2017.
