In a talk given by Uncharted 4’s Technical Artist, Andrew Maximov, at this year’s GDC, clues about the levels and locations Nathan Drake will travel to have been found. Naturally, this is a large spoiler, so only keep reading if you want to know the list.

You’re here to stay? OK, here goes:

  • Boat Intro
  • Orphanage
  • Prison
  • Dive
  • Home
  • The Prison
  • Auction
  • Scotland
  • Madagascar
  • City
  • Open Water
  • Island
  • Colony
  • Manor
  • River
  • Sunken Ruins
  • Passage
  • Ship Graveyard
  • Cave
  • Epilogue

This list was found by redditor VaNillaGTA from the video of Maximov’s presentation. The video can be watched right here and is found at around the 36:10 mark, but you’re still going to need incredibly sharp eyes, and your finger on the pause button. The list of levels pops up so fast, you’ll likely miss it the first few times around.

It should be noted that these will very likely NOT be the final names of levels players will get when Uncharted 4 is released. The build shown at GDC was not the final build, so placeholder names are likely to have been used. The list does give us a good idea of what we’ll be up against, so expect levels in Scotland, Madagascar, out in the middle of the ocean, and so on.

This numbering also doesn’t line up with what we know already as well. For example, the Madagascar level will be called The Twelve Towers, according to preview videos. We know that level will be the tenth one, despite it being listed above at the ninth slot.

The only way to know for sure what the level names will be, and how many there are, is to wait until Uncharted 4 is ready to play. Assuming everything goes smoothly from here on out, Uncharted 4 will be released on May 10.

So what do you think? Are you curious by any of the levels mentioned above? Are you avoiding spoilers until you can play through yourself? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
