Eugene gave Sasha what she wanted in The Walking Dead Season 7 episode 15: death.
Now before you freak out, Sasha is alive and currently being held in a cell. Eugene goes to see her multiple times. However, her final conversation with Eugene might’ve been the worst thing she could’ve done.
During this exchange, Sasha pleads to Eugene to help her end her life. She asks for a knife or a sharp piece of glass. She says she doesn’t want Negan to use her to manipulate Rick. However, Sasha was just putting on a front to get a weapon. She was ready to kill Negan. Well, Sasha’s acting was too good because Eugene believed her.
Like we predicted, Eugene gave Sasha one of the pills he made so she can peacefully end her life. Sasha will have to stay with the Saviors or swallow the pill. There’s no other option. Negan will probably kill her when he finds out she’s not loyal to him. Eugene just mercy-killed Sasha.
So what happens next? Well, we think Sasha will slip the pill in her mouth on her way to Alexandria. Negan will likely cover her head with something for dramatic effect. He’ll escort Sasha out of the vehicle and believe she’s just fighting him. Negan will talk to Rick at the gate and ask Sasha to convince him to stop what he’s planning. Negan will remove the hood and Rick will see walker Sasha.
This will mark the first battle in the All Out War between the communities. We’ll see other communities come together to fight against Negan.
