A new update has been released for Solo Leveling: ARISE which adds a new hunter that's sure to excite all players. Get ready to meet Meilin Fisher, another original hunter.
Meilin Fisher is a water-type SSR healer known for her skill when it comes to manipulating water and summoning her guardian spirit Berry. Her Ultimate Skill is known as "Big Meow" and gives buffs that can increase the Critical Hit Rate and Core Attack Damage of allies while at the same time lower the rate of damage taken.
Meanwhile, her Exclusive Weapon SSR "Hook, Line, and Sinker" can increase Power Gauge Acquisition Rate and lowers Ultimate Skill cooldowns.
Still on Meilin Fisher, players can experience her original story over at the Hunter Archive. There are also new skins for Meilin Fisher which is Lovely Magician.
A New Raid is Here
This new update also introduces the Workshop of Brilliant Light. This is a challenge-type raid where different strategies are needed for those who want to clear the dungeon.
The Workshop of Brilliant Light offers main and side stages with players being given the chance to choose between Player or Hunter modes. While side stages are optional, those able to complete them receive the "Blessing of Brilliant Light," which is a buff that can help players defeat the main stage.
Players who can clear the main stage at Workshop of Brilliant Light get the chance to earn higher-level Artifacts that include Burning Curse, Burning Greed and Burning Blessing.
New In-Game Event
In celebration of the new update's release, there are various limited-time events for players to join. These events are available until July 10. These include:
- May's Salvage Project! Salvage Artifacts
- Mana Power Imbued Fragment is given to the players who salvage Artifacts that have reached Enhancement +1 or higher.
- These fragments can be exchanged for different growth materials at the Artifact Material Exchange Shop.
- Meilin Fisher Rate Up Celebration! Special Dice
- Players receive Dice Vent Tickets upon clearing certain missions.
- By rolling the dice via the Special Dice event, players can get different gifts like the SSR 'Hook, Line, and Sinker,' [Event] Meilin Fisher's Weapon Design, Rate Up Draw Ticket and more.
- Meilin Fisher Growth Tournament
- Complete missions to earn points and rewards.
- Rewards include the SSR 'Hook, Line and Sinker' and various growth materials like Hunter Exclusive Weapon Design, Weapon Enhancement Gear II, and Skill Scrolls III, to name a few.
Solo Leveling: ARISE is an action game adaptation of the hit Webtoon Solo Leveling. It's available on mobile through Google Play and the App Store. A version for the PC is currently in the works.
