The Year Of The Rooster update for Overwatch is finally out, but not everyone can play. Some users on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 have been encountering error messages that keep them from even getting into the game.
If you are seeing error messages LC-202 on PS4 or BC-105 on XBox One, the problem isn’t on your end. On launch day, Blizzard tends to have a lot of malfunctions, including servers downtime. If your game isn’t working, just wait a few minutes and then try to log back in. I play on Xbox One and have been locked out of Overwatch multiple times in the last few hours.
If you are unable to log-in on PC, there are a few things you can try since the problem might be on your end. Try restarting the client and logging in again. If that doesn’t fix the problem, try to reinstall Overwatch and everything should be good to go.
