A new behind-the-scenes video is giving Batman fans another look at Batman Arkham VR, the the first virtual reality game from Rocksteady Studios. The commentary to gameplay ratio isn’t great. But those willing to stomach a heavy helping of PR speak can look forward to a few new glimpses at Batman Arkham VR gameplay during the ongoing wait for Sony’s first VR headset.
If you aren’t familiar, Batman Arkham VR is a PlayStation-exclusive VR game from Rocksteady Studios, the studio best know for its work on three of the four Arkhamverse games published by WB Interactive. Arkham VR won’t just be view-encompassing take on the popular stealth action series, though. Instead, Rocksteady is trying to take the Dark Knight experience to the next level by using PlayStation VR to make players feel like they are Batman. It won’t take nearly as long to complete, with Rocksteady suggesting time to completion is only about an hour, but Batman Arkham VR should easily become the most immersive title in the franchise.
