A new gameplay trailer for Berserk is out this week, instead of the U.S. launch date many consumers are still waiting for, giving fans around the globe an early look at another character from the next licensed musou game in Omega Force’s growing catalog. And the fearless barbarian known as Zodd the Immortal doesn’t disappoint in this week’s Berserk trailer.

The latest Berserk trailer from Koei Tecmo and Omega Force is the fifth in a series highlighting the various playable characters we’ll see in the game at launch. Previous videos have spotlighted the series’ protagonist, Guts, along with side characters Casca, Griffith, Judeau and Schierke. This week, we get a 30-second sneak peek of Zodd the Immortal, also known as Nosferatu Zodd, in both human and Apostle forms. And it looks like he’ll be just as deadly in Berserk as you’d expect.

Unfortunately, our sneak peek of Zodd the Immortal isn’t any longer than the last few Berserk trailers we’ve seen, so it lacks the handful of details fans were probably hoping for. Notably, it’s not clear whether or not Apostle form will be a limited-access sort of thing, or something players can swap between at will. The character’s special ability does appear to be tied to his alternate form; however, it’s also possible Zodd has a different special when triggered in human form. We’ll just have to wait and see.

Berserk is in development for PlayStation 4 and PC. The game debuts in Q4 2016.
