Better Call Saul Season 2 is coming to an end and Jimmy McGill is looking more and more like Saul Goodman every day. When last we left Jimmy at the end of episode 9 he was debating whether or not to help his brother, who had just fainted and smashed his head on a copy center counter. Unfortunately, helping his brother would expose Jimmy’s ruse to snatch clients from Chuck’s law firm, HHM. Will he do the right thing?
The synopsis for the Season 2 finale, “Klick,” doesn’t say either way:
“Jimmy is forced to make a hard choice; and Mike takes matters into his own hands. Elsewhere, Hamlin relays shocking news while Chuck’s condition continues to evolve.”
Meanwhile, Mike has been tangling with the Salamancas. The promo for the finale shows him practicing his sniping skills with the world’s most congenial arms dealer:
What this all amounts to is unclear, but Nacho actor Michael Mando told Global News to expect an immense cliffhanger:
“All you Breaking Bad fans: Vince Gilligan wrote and directed this finale. When I read it, I had to put it down because I started laughing … about what it could imply. Yeah, it’s amazing. The last episode takes the show to another level.
I can also tell you that there’s something huge that will happen. I think it’ll be enough to have people talking through the entire off-season. It’s been six months since we wrapped, and I don’t think a single one of us can wait for this finale to air. It’s a fantastic cliffhanger.”
