The Bullguard is the first boss that players will encounter after completing the prologue and he can be found in the Forest of Wolves. The moment that this boss sees you, it will immediately try to attack you, so you need to be on guard while exploring this area.

Since it is an early-game boss, the Bullguard is probably one of the easiest fights in Black Myth: Wukong. However, don't let your guard down as an unfortunate mishap can spell the difference between victory and defeat.
The Bullguard has a very limited attack pattern that makes it relatively easy to dodge its attacks when you see them coming.
They are all very heavy and have long intervals, meaning that you have a big window to deal damage after avoiding the enemy's attacks, according to Esports.
After you deal enough damage to bring the Bullguard to half of his maximum health, a cutscene will play out and you will gain the Immobilize spell. This would allow you to freeze the boss during combat starting from this point forward.

The location of this particular boss can be reached by first starting at the "Front Hills" Keeper's Shrine and following the path across the bridge. You just then continue along the path as it curves to the right around the rock, said RockPaperShotgun.
You will then come face-to-face with a gate where the Bullguard boss can be seen standing guard in front. Due to being the first actual boss of the game, it was designed to let players practice dodging attacks so take the opportunity to get comfortable with the controls.
Another thing that you should note before fighting the Bullguard boss is that if you take the left path when you first see him, you will eventually find a creature near a rock that will flee when it sees you.
