Gearbox Software rolled out a hotfix for Borderlands 3 which kicks off the new Anniversary Celebration Bonus Boss Loot event. This event replaces the previous ECHOcast Overload event. The Anniversary Celebration event includes increased chances for players to get Legendary loot from defeating bosses. Gearbox also noted that this Anniversary Celebration will only be around for a week, with the Loot Monster Mayhem event beginning on August 13 at 12:00 PM EST.
Additionally, the hotfix includes multiple weapon buffs for the weapons that were negatively impacted during the previous update.
