Borderlands 3 has received a new update that introduces the third Vault Card, which allows you to unlock 28 unique rewards. In addition, Maurice’s Black Market Vending Machine will automatically switch locations without requiring a weekly hotfix.
New Content
Vault Card 3: Bunker Masters is now available for those who have purchased the Director’s Cut add-on. The last Vault Card for this year is all about paying tribute to Bunkers and Badasses. Here are the unique rewards that you can unlock:
- 4 pieces of new Legendary gear (2 Assault Rifles, Grenade Mod, Shield)
- 4 Vault Hunter Heads
- 4 shared Vault Hunter Skins
- 4 ECHO Device Skins
- 3 Weapon Skins
- 5 Weapon Trinkets
- 3 Emotes
- 1 Room Decoration
It is worth noting that once you have all of the things above, you will get Eridium and Diamond Keys instead.
General Changes
Maurice’s Black Market Vending Machine has received a significant change. Instead of waiting for a weekly update to get a fresh new set of items, all of his offerings will automatically be randomized and scattered between the selections of previous weeks.
Each weekly gear set will not be reused until all 52 weeks’ worth of selections has been presented. In other words, if you like this week’s items, be sure to grab them because you have to wait at least a whole year for them to appear again.
