Fortunately, most PCs bought within the last five years should have no trouble keeping up with Borderlands 3's requirements. The bare minimum you'll need to run Borderlands 3 are an AMD FX-8350 CPU, or its Intel equivalent, the i5-3570. You will need at least 6GB of RAM, and at least an AMD Radeon HD 7970, or its Nvidia equivalent, the GeForce GTX 680. As you can tell, most gaming machines should have no trouble running this game at minimum.
Even more impressive is the fact that even gaming connoisseurs who value high-fidelity gaming should have no trouble meeting the recommended system requirements for Borderlands 3. Top-of-the-line gaming rigs from the last five years should have everything you need, including at least an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 CPU, or its Intel equivalent, the i7-4770, 16GB of RAM, and an AMD Radeon RX 590 GPU, or its Nvidia equivalent, the GeForce GTX 1060.
I remember playing Borderlands and Borderlands 2 on my old potato of a computer, and even though I haven't had that decent of an upgrade since, I'm excited to see how my humble rig fares against one of the most anticipated video games of 2019. Luckily, there's still a couple of weeks left before Borderlands 3 comes out. Gamers have two weeks to get upgrading done to make sure their rigs can run it.
