The new open-world MMORPG Chimeraland is now available for free on PC and mobile devices. Set in a prehistoric and mythical world, this sandbox survival game has players capture and tame some rather peculiar beasts.
The game takes inspiration from the legends of Eastern mythology and brings players to a world with limitless possibilities. Not only that, but there are also a lot of amazing beasts that roam the land, sea, and air; it ranges from simple creatures to chimeras. Once players manage to capture and tame one of these creatures, they become their pet.
But gathering pets is just one thing in the game because there's also a “Devour” function. What it does is allow players to absorb the powers of captured creatures. If lucky enough, it can manifest as physical traits.
Aside from the Devour function, players can also enjoy the vastness of the game’s open world. Just how large you ask? The map has a spherical nature and consists of more than 4,000 square kilometers. If this was in the real world, it would be bigger than most islands like Bermuda and Maldives. The amount of space is sure to give players a true sense of freedom as they explore and discover new creatures.
While the game world is divided into four continents, it goes beyond that. Players can take to the skies and even outer space; it’s even possible to go to other realms.
