Chrono Cross: The Radical Dreamers Edition is now digitally available on PC through Steam, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. This latest version features enhanced illustrations from none other than original character designer Nobuteru Yuuki. There’s also the refined music from acclaimed composer Yasunori Mitsuda.
The game is a remaster of the original Chrono Cross released way back in 1999. This latest version brings the adventure to a new generation. With at least 40 unique potential party members, there’s no question that it features one of the largest and the most diverse roster of playable characters in any RPG.
The game follows the story of Serge, who stumbles into another world and discovers that there is a connection between his existence and the future of the planet.

- Brand new artwork and character redesign by Nobuteru Yuuki.

- Background filter feature.

- The inclusion of Radical Dreamers - Le Trésor Interdit - . This has never been released in the West before.
- Players can choose between playing with original or updated graphics.
PS4 Offer
For PS4, it’s going to include a PS4 theme that features Serge and Kid sailing on the blue ocean with a dragon in the skies above. Players can obtain the theme from the PlayStation Store.
Meanwhile, the featured background music is a guitar arrangement of Radical Dreamers -Le Trésor Interdit-, supervised by Yasunori Mitsuda and had previously only been recorded on the limited-edition Chrono Cross 20th Anniversary Live Tour Blu-ray Disc.
