The early access of MMORPG/MOBA hybrid Corepunk is finally here. This comes with the release of a dedicated launcher for PC players.

Developer Artificial Core announced the official release of the game, which it described as a top-down isometric title.

Corepunk is set in a rich and immersive world that invites you to battle against fierce monsters, defeat powerful champions, and discover a mysterious new realm.

Corepunk Early Access

Corepunk is said to be an immersive, open-world MMORPG and MOBA hybrid that mixes deep character customization, a fog-of-war mechanic, and seamless PvE and PvP experiences. This lets it become a dynamic and player-driven world.

The game aims to provide players with a choice from a series of diverse classes and intricate skill trees. This lets them create their own unique playstyles to journey inside a rich, cyber-fantasy setting.

They can experience engaging storylines that draw them into an adventure that is both strategic and visually beautiful, according to MassivelyOP.

The developer expressed its hopes that players who already dove into the world of Corepunk are enjoying their experiences. It noted that the game being in early access means that there are still a lot of things to work on.

The variety of known issues include skins not playing correctly according to players' packs. The studio is committed to addressing all of the problems and bugs that could arise moving forward with early access.

The company's press release also warned players that the development team considers the game's early access the "last stage of alpha testing." This means that players should expect a big influx of content coming over the next few months.

Corepunk's world features a variety of points of interest and secrets for players to find and uncover. The game's leveling system is somewhat reminiscent of both MMORPG and MOBA titles, PCGamesN said.

An Immersive Open-World

When players start in the game, they can level up their characters to 20 in order to unlock a variety of new abilities, passives, and weapon specializations. You then start to branch out and make your build as unique as you want.

This mechanic is supported by the game's deep crafting system for weapons as well as upgrades that reward players for plundering the open world. The MOBA influences can largely be seen in Corepunk's combat.

The game has responsive action and will reward players for having perfect timing and efficient ability usage. This is true whether you are fighting NPC enemies or going toe-to-toe with other players in PvP action.

Artificial Core is also looking for player feedback on new language support options that they could add to the game in the future. The studio plans to introduce more this week with a goal of 32 additional supported languages, according to MMORPG.
