DayZ Update 1.1 was teased yesterday and now it’s finally here. The update added tons of new things, changed some existing content, and brought a lot of bug fixes. However, a few bugs still remain and will be fixed in the future update.
Here are the highlights of the new update. SVAL rifle has been added to the game, along with the 20-round magazine for the new rifle and the VSS. The abandoned M3S truck received new textures and parts. Players can now remove the garden plots via shovels and pickaxes.
The durability, textures, and inventory view of the Tarp (Fabric) have been updated. Pumpkins can now be sliced with additional tools and the maximum heat of the fireplace has been lowered.
